We appreciated this place - peaceful and pleasant hotel.

By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in Monsaraz, had much fun and met affable staff always at our service. The room was quiet and spotless and with a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven at your disposal, pleasant view on the olive trees.

Nothing. Very expensive for what it is and I wouldnt consider this hotel as a four star hotel. 2 star would be more than adequate.

The sofa beds are very uncomfortable. They could have provided a better quality of sofa beds considering that if you have four adults staying, it should be all the same comfortable beds. The two other ones in the room are okay.The breakfast is very basic and the selection is very poor. The location is not properly signed. They should put signs from the back side of the road.

We loved the friendly staff and the beautiful landscape around. The kids had a blast exploring nearby hiking trails and we enjoyed some amazing boat rides on the dam. Plus, it was great having all three of our dogs with us allowing for a nice family getaway.

My wife says that more family-friendly dining options would be ideal.
